warm room air
the room was clean it included coffee and tea making facilities an iron and ironing board were available
our room was at the top of the hotel it was very warm there was no air and no fans were available staff did not seem concerned about this

great price clean rooms close shower warm room unavailable fans run down area
The accommodation had a great price. the rooms were clean. They had what we needed. the quadruple room did not have an en-suite. however, the shower was just five metres away!
Our room sat at the top of the hotel. It was very warm! there was no air and no way to relieve this. fans were unavailable, and the staff seemed unbothered by this. The area looks run down. i felt very unsafe walking down the road!

dark bathroom uneven floors
The bathroom lacked sufficient light and was quite dark. the shower temperature proved difficult to regulate. It alternated between excessively cold and hot. i found the uneven floors throughout the hotel particularly unsettling. external surroundings gave a run down feel to the area

friendly staff pool room
the staff WERE friendly. the room HAD refreshments, towels and toiletries. wifi worked and the pool room entertained.
the shower temperature varieds a lot IT was either very cold or very hot.

uncomfortable bed short cord
The shower was not good, it was either too hot or too cold. Controlling the water temperature was hard. I also had to place the kettle on the floor to plug it in because the cord was too short. The bed was not comfortable at all, I didn't sleep well.
